1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in.
- Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows and early check-outs will not be eligible for refunds.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Resort Rules & Regulations
- Guests must present a valid ID at the time of check-in.
- Outside food and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
- Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
- Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
5. Safety & Liability
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
- Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times, especially near water bodies and farm areas.
- Participation in farm activities and adventure experiences is at the guest’s own risk.
6. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
7. Privacy Policy
- All personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Modification of Terms
- Garva Vatanemala Agro Tourism reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
