Garva Vatanemala Restaurant and Bird Nest by Garva Vatanemala are proudly owned and managed by Gamala – The Café. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking or using our services.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • A 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in.
  • Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No Cancellation.
  • No Refunds.
  • No Reschedule.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Resort Rules & Regulations

  • Guests must present a valid ID at the time of check-in.
  • Outside food and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
  • Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
  • Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

5. Safety & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their belongings. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
  • Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times, especially near water bodies and farm areas.
  • Participation in farm activities and adventure experiences is at the guest’s own risk.

6. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

  • All personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
