Welcome to Garva Vatanemala. We are committed to providing our guests with a memorable experience through our Birdhouse stays, restaurant, and agro tourism activities. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a booking.

Booking Confirmation

All reservations for Birdhouses by Garva Vatanemala are confirmed only after the successful receipt of 100% advance payment. Once your payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation via phone call or WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy

All confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once the booking payment has been successfully completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans
  • Personal reasons
  • Late arrival or early departure
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation issues
  • No-show by the guest

Refund Policy

Garva Vatanemala follows a strict no-refund policy.

As all bookings are reserved exclusively for our guests, we do not offer refunds once the reservation has been confirmed.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to visit on your scheduled date, you may contact our team to request a change of date.

Rescheduling requests are:

  • Subject to availability
  • Must be requested in advance
  • Cannot be guaranteed
  • May involve additional charges during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons

Garva Vatanemala reserves the right to approve or decline any rescheduling request.

Restaurant Reservations

Restaurant table reservations may be modified or cancelled by contacting us in advance. However, any advance payment made for special events, group bookings, or exclusive dining experiences may be non-refundable.

Cancellation by Garva Vatanemala

In the unlikely event that Garva Vatanemala needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, guests may be offered:

  • An alternative booking date (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund of the booking amount, at the sole discretion of the management.
